REFUNDS

NOTICE TO INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Due to high shipping costs, international orders cannot be returned or refunded.

We can process returns and refunds only for items directly purchased from and fulfilled by Elijah Tooling, Inc.  Products that are made to order and do not conform to Customer drawings/ quality are exempt from this requirement.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Refunds are requested after we receive and process your return. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines).

HOW ARE REFUNDS CALCULATED?

The amount of your refund depends on several factors and must meet our returns guidelines to receive a full refund of the purchase price of the item(s). Any item that is normally stocked AND is in original condition (sellable) AND returned in less than 30 days after delivery, is eligible for a full refund less the Shopify commission fees, of the product cost.

Items that do not meet our returns guidelines and may receive a full or partial refund are as follows:

  • Any item in original condition that is returned more than 30 days after delivery: 75% of item's price.
  • Any item that is returned more than 60 days after invoice will not be refunded.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error: up to 50% of item's price.
  • Any item that is made to order, regardless of whether it is normally stocked or not. Normally anything that requires pricing other than that shown on the website, especially due to quantity discounting: No Refund.
  • Any item for which a stocking notice is posted, such as * May not be stocked. 3-4 week lead time. Please call for availability - no refund unless the item was in stock at the time of purchase.
  • No refund is available for items that have been in the possession of the buyer for more than 89 days.

PARTIAL REFUNDS
Partial Refunds may be issued for the following items:

  • Most items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Any item that has obvious signs of use.
  • Any item not returned in the condition it was received.

HOW ARE REFUNDS FROM OTHER SELLERS PROCESSED?
Items purchased from other sellers must be returned directly to that seller. Upon receipt of your return, the seller will contact Elijah Tooling, Inc. to initiate the refund process. Refunds will be handled through the company you purchased our products from. 

SHIPPING CHARGES

If you have received an item that is faulty or being replaced under warranty, Elijah Tooling will become responsible for the shipping charges, UPS Ground only, inclusive of any location in the continental U.S.A.  Under no circumstances will Elijah Tooling become liable for international taxes, fees, and additional shipping charges related to foreign locations.

Any other reason for exchange, replacement, or refund, the shipping charges and all related taxes & fees shall be your responsibility.  We recommend that you insure your shipment back to us.
