Seat Track Fixture
Do you have an Assembly Jig with tons of clamps on it?
Not this one! How would you like to clean up that jig and make for a super fast setup? Check out this seat track assembly jig that one of our customers has developed. Talk about EASY. The seat track loads into the jig with just a zip of the Invert-A-Bolt™ fasteners! As you can see from the setup, this is a drill jig. The holes in the angle are used to align the drill for proper placement of the fastener locations in the seat track. This one fixture has locations for many seat tracks all thanks to the "stealth" characteristics of the Invert-A-Bolt™ fastener. When not in use, the inner stud of the fastener is lowered and "stowed" below the surface of the fixture. They are only used when needed. Talk about a versatile solution. Attach and detach all of your components using the Invert-A-Bolt™ fastener and see if your boss isn't impressed!
Remember that pesky 5s progam? Clean up! Well, you can clean up your jig AND improve the function of your tooling at the same time. Give it a try TODAY.
