Hey guys, Rick here from Elijah Tooling. Today, I'm going to be talking to you about the Invert-A-Bolt™ Precision Locating Products & Accessories.
These precision locators are unique in that it has the ability to locate and hold at the same time. It is a very competitive product on the side of cost.
As you can see, that we have got two locating shoulders; here and here. The stud comes into the piece and it is being held and it also locates it as it comes up. It has a tapered shoulder, slightly tapered, and it allows the user to do some things that would not typically be possible.
We do have some competing products in the market and this one, by far, is a very good competitor, lower in cost and does the same thing without taking up as much room and it also does not require any particular thickness of the plate or any additional space on the top.
Thanks for you time.

Question: What tool would you like to see invented?
So what we're going to do, is we're going to load our vices, we're going to load a part, we're going to probe it in, we're going to cut it. And then, we're going to go to the next step; which is to load our trunnion, load it, load a part and start it up. What's the point? Well, we're trying to show you how fast you can load and unload your parts of course. And then, also how fast it is to bring the trunnion in, and precisely locate it; get it into place and start machining with it.
